how to send data from one secure domain to other through perl script

hi,

how to send data from one secure domain to other through perl script.

I can`t use ftp as it gives message connection closed by host (might be due to mine domain security setting).

but i can transfer data through winscp by forwarding port of other domain in putty,

But how to that in perl script .....
