Thank you so much! Quick and amazing script. Definitely it works! I have to say I wrote this thread in few different forums and everyone failed...you are the first person that was able to resolve my problem.
Last question then I've completely solved the problem, do you know on the new file_C.txt obtained how to have something like that:
K01369 <tab> PATH:ko00350; Metabolism; Enzyme Families; Peptidases <tab> BR:ko00199; Cellular Processes; Transport and Catabolism; Lysosome <tab> PATH:ko00350; Organismal Systems; Immune System; Antigen processing and presentation
K0000N <tab> fields in the same function separeted by ';' <tab> again to separate different functions
Hope makes sense...
