Post: Hi this program will be used on Redhat 7.0 platform

My company owns and operates many different pay and membership sites and we are currently using monitor and band with limiter programs but are having problems with hackers and linkers.

We are looking for a program that will be operating on two different machines but has to be able to do the same task with some difficulties. First, the program is going to be a log-in for members. As a login we want the program to monitor and make sure that the same user name is not being used more then once at the same time, and to make sure that a range of 2-3 IPís are using it to prevent sharing. The program also need to be a monitor and bandwith checker to make sure there is no linking and that is linking occurs that the user is sent to a special page. We also want the program to be a IP checker to make sure the user is coming from a specific page and to redirect if the user is not coming from that specific page.

The program is going to be run on two different servers but the .htaccess file with the user names are only going to be on one server so we need the program one the second machine to be able to access the file from the first machine.

The second machine really holds raw data and that is why we want the IP checking to make sure they come from a specific path. The program must be able to ward off linkers and hackers that bash into our password protected page.

If anyone want to take this challenge please send us an e-mail at with any questions or comments. Also, you may send your suggestions for what you can do and how much the total will be. If you provide your phone number or e-mail address we will contact you immediately.
