Perl Programmer for Auction Software Mods by imagineauctions

Good Afternoon,
I am seeking a cost-effective programmer to work with my existing auction software, written in Perl with a flat file database. For anyone that is knowledgable in auction software, I currently have an excellent program, but it is lacking a few necessary features that most users desire.
I am need of adding the following features to the software:
Dutch item offerings - offering multiple quantities of the same items in one auction listing
Bulk Lister - a method for my users who sell in bulk to upload many items at once.
I know a little about Perl, but these two items are out of my league. I'm not rich, but I am willing to pay for good quality, supported work.
I don't know if these things would be more easily managed by converting the database to MySQL or not, but this is something that I would consider as well.
