Post: I agree that allowing the address in a form will just open you to spammers.

I do know a program you can download at a free perls script site that will allow you to do what you want.

I strongly suggest hardcoding the email. But the program offers max post limits. So if you limit the spammers to a few posts a day or a week it will still give you some protection. It also has a captcha verification, so that helps with automated attacks.
