[reply]I have a working installation of RequestTracker and need some help with the SLA extension.

Shouldn't take you long to do this...
Getting errors such as

ERROR:Base class package "RT::Extension::SLA" is empty.
    (Perhaps you need to 'use' the module which defines that package first,
    or make that module available in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/share/reque                                                                  st-tracker3.8/lib /usr/local/share/request-tracker3.8/plugins/RT-FM/lib /usr/sha                                                                  re/request-tracker3.8/lib /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.10.1 /usr/local/share/                                                                  perl/5.10.1 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.10 /usr/share/perl/5

so looks like it may just be a path problem of somesort, then need to configure up an SLA as per

please quote a sensible price as wont take too long and its not critical, just a wish...[/reply]
