Porting 32 bit perl code to 64 bit

Hi Guys. I have a couple of questions regarding Perl's portability:

1. Can 32 bit perl be run in 64 bit Windows OS?
2. Can 32 bit PERL modules be ported to 64 bit Perl without any concern? If not, where can I find 64 bit compliant CPAN perl modules?
Thanks!

Re: [enthusiast] Porting 32 bit perl code to 64 bit

1. perl files themselves (*.pl, *.pm) do not require any modifications. However the 64 bit perl compiler is required. In addition if some module uses binaries (for example Storable) these modules should be already compiled for 64 bit version.

2. the cpan is usually part of perl distribution. so just enter the console (cmd) then type 'cpan -i module_name' and it will install the required module by itself
example >cpan -i HTML::Template
