Perl script to Executable, then adding file version to the executable file

Hi

I am converting my Perl script into a .exe file using PAR. I want to add the File version information into the .exe file.
Not sure how can it be done ?

I read some that file version info can be added to an executable file by adding information in the .rc (resource) file. Not sure how can that be done in Perl.

Any suggestions will be helpful.

Re: [hostage] Perl script to Executable, then adding file version to the executable file

I am trying to achieve the same using the following command, but somehow unable to see the version info for the exe file...

pp -x hello.pl -o hello2.exe -N ProductVersion=0.6 -N FileVersion=0.4

Pls suggest, what is wrong here ?
