I REALLY need a script that.....	Can't Post

Hi everyone..I am in desperate need of a script that will do a spider of web pages and report Dead URL's, then cross reference those Dead URLs to Internic and see if the domain is available to be registered, then for the third step, see how many websites (at a few Search Engines) link to available domain. I don't know how hard this would be to do. But it would help me out ALOT! I have spent hundreds of hours doing this process manually...Any help would be appreciated..

There are many such beasts out there, so you should have some luck searching script repositories, but off the top of my head I know Randal L Schwartz has done a few iterations of such a script in his WebTechniques columns.
