I need a script who is a mixture of a guestbook and a rating system.
The guestbook should list entries by rating instead of posting date.
It also needs a script wich can list the top ten posts, showing only the heading for each post.
The system does not need to have any login. It can be open to all visitors.
Note! a script like this could also be based on a newsmanager script, i think?
It also have to bee a cheap script, since it will be used on a non-commercial site. But if you got the perfect sollution I will consider to pay for it.
Any help is welcome.
The script will run on unix system, and I prefer flat-text database.
