Programming rules Can't Post

Do you if there are programming rules (normes...) for perl programs and where we can find it ?

the best i can say is to try looking at other programs at such places as:
www.cgiresources.com
www.perlguru.com

ect.. and see how others program, that will give you an idea for the do's and don'ts, but remember, do not look at 1 and think you have got it, i strongly recommend you look at alot of them, and get a "cencus" for the correct way, as some programmers are quite sloppy and perl illiterate.

Though they're not "rules", you can take a look at the Perl style manpage.

Well, i recently read a pretty good article on coding standards. It is for Java2 but many "rules" stated apply to programming in general.
