Client info. to Database Can't Post

It seems like such a simple topic, it must be addressed somewhere...
My E-Mail checks my e-mail bin which is where my orders are stashed also (placed there after a pearl command is executed).
I am tired of taking info from E-Mails and and placing them into database form! Is there not (or is there) a program that can accept fields (from an order form) and automatically place them into a database (of course at the database owners discretion). Better yet like an email program automatically check (or update) the database every three minutes similar to an E-Mail program (e.g. Internet Explorer, Netscape Messenger).
Of course there are little fixes here and there but the basics of the program are explained. If there is no program on the market like this, BOY this is a gap that has $$$ in it. Look at how many individuals own FrontPage or NetObjects etc. and now want to know how to manage their clients !!!

If there is a program that does this (explained above) please direct me to it !
