form results in sequence to different emails Quote | Reply

Journeyman asked me to describe exactly what I'm looking for over here at this board..... so here goes.
I'm looking for someone who says "He/she can do this" and a price quote & time needed to accomplish the job.

First... I am a novice. I built my own site with Frontpage. Through trial & error and not understanding what I'm doing... so far it's working well.

I have a form that visitors fill in to "request more info" if they are interested in my business opporutnity.... and I'm looking for something that will forward the forms to different emails "in sequence".

I recently formed an ad co-op with a few of my distributors, and we are pooling our advertising dollars together to drive traffic to our co-op site http://www.weloveourjob.com Currently all the leads are received in my email box.... and then I forward them out one by one, to each member of my ad co-op.

I'm in need of a program that would do this automatically..... the first "lead form" being sent to person "A" then the next visitor who fills out a form... that form would go to person "B" and then next lead would be emailed to person "C" etc etc until it went through the whole cycle of the members of my co-op. The number of people in my co-op would possibly change from month to month so I would have to be able to go in and change the email addresses.
( I would need exact instructions on this unless it was easy to just type in new email addresses... or possibly would pay to have that done each month if it's too complicated for me)
Currently there are 10 members (becuase I limited it to what I thought I could handle) If this task becomes automatic... then I would love to have many more members... probably 30 at a time or more.

Also.... I really don't understand how these CGI of Perl scripts work... so I would need them installed on my site. I can get into my site via a password... but I'm not sure of the information I would need to give you about my site.... but I could do a 3-way call with you and the tech person at the hosting company I am with.
I host thru www.olm.net

Here's another "wish" on my list...
I have an autoresponder through another company and the most IDEAL situation would be if the leads could be forwarded in sequence to the different email recipients, and the members who also have this same autoresponder account.... could their leads be atuomatically entered into their account so their leads would start getting their automatic follow-ups... and my member would not have to "hand enter" their leads into their autoresponder?? I'd need to talk to you more about his via the phone. This autoresponder company actually "creates" the "script" that I just "copy & pasted" into my site www.ilovemyjob.com

Also.... once a script is written... do I own it??
I would want to be able to upload it to another site of mine for additional co-op advertising targeted towards the retail end of my business. Some of my distributors may want to do the same ad co-op and I would want to upload it to their site. (I am hosting some of my people's sites)

Well, I hope this makes my project clearer.... and would love to get it started asap. It amazes me all this stuff... the possibilities!! I appreciate any responses.

Thanks!
Carol :-)

I'm sure I could help you out. And at little or no cost.
What you are describing doesn't sound too complicated. Email me if you still want assistance: mmurphy@nmu.edu
