Banner Ad Removal Can't Post

I help run a website at http://anchorbay.dk3.com and the service just added a really annoying floating add banner at the bottom of the window (check it out for yourself!) and the nicest thing is that you can click a button to remove it, but you have to every time you go to another page. I was wondering if there was a perl script I could make to automatically act like someone click that button. I've done perl work in the past, so I know what I'm doing, but I posted it in the beginner anyways. Thanks for the help!

c'mon man, it time to change you 'provider' to www.f2s.com : no banners (like none), no ads, 20 megs, cgi/perl/php/mysql what else you need? oh yeah, logs and emails are there too. name like site.f2s.com but then you goto namezero.com and grab yourself some :)

BTW, a lot of sites really dont like it when you auto remove their banners from your page. They are trying to make money of your site and when their banners disappear before the people can see them.... their revenue disappears. So just keep that in mind when you mess with that kind of stuff.

:)

Yes i am a palm tree. What are you plantist or something!?

Hi LittleHero,

you may try to add something like this at the end of your page:

Code
<script language="javascript">
<!--
removead()
-->
</script>

or, if it doesnt work, probably because the code is appended or included at the end of the page, try to make it with a timer like this:

Code
<script language="javascript">
<!--
x=setTimeout('removead()',2000)
-->
</script>

I didnt checked -- since i dont have any axxs there, but try it (and maybe change 2000 to a higher value).
