Appending a file and change text inside Can't Post

Hi:

A have this file:

How to:
<UL TYPE=SQUARE>
<LI>Append file and change a line
<LI>add a line after the last line
<LI>add a line in the begin
<LI>delete a line
<LI>add a line between lines or after a line
</UL>

EVERY SINGLE ONE of those questions you just asked is answered in Perl FAQ 5, "How do I change one line in a file/delete a line in a file/insert a line in the middle of a file/append to the beginning of a file?"

This web site has a copy of this documentation, so I highly suggest you read it.
