No Image displaying Can't Post

I am attempting to access my script using an image tag ie:
<A HREF=
"http://www.domain.com/cgi-bin/script.cgi?a=01001" target=
"_top"><IMG SRC="http://www.domain.com/cgi-bin/anotherscript.cgi" WIDTH=
30 height=30 border=0 hspace=0 vspace=0 ALT="Image Loading..."></A>

How can I get a selected iamge to show. Do I need to make changes to my html or do I need to display the image using the script. Any help would be most appreciated.
Thanks.

Re: No Image displaying [In reply to] Can't Post

you should be able to put this in your html:

Code
<img src="http://www.some-domain.com/cgi-bin/image.cgi" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="">

and then have the script do this

Code
print "Location: http://www.some-domain.com/some-image.gif\n\n";

By using "Location:", if any one tried to "view image", they actually invoke the script again in the browser and they are sent to the actual image location. I have used this method for tracking/collecting info that can be passed into the script and logged and then the script returns a tiny little image that noone sees.

Hope this helps.
