How do I make my perl programs run on the browser? Can't Post

Hello everybody,

I have perl installed in my d:\per\ path. All my perl files, developed in the console are working fine.. But when i develop a html form and a perl file to handle it, the browser (Internet Explorer 5) it doesn't work at all!

I am really irritated with this.

This is the way i start my form:
<form method = "get" action = "d:\perl\bin\actionget.pl">
..

I dont understand whats the problem.
Somebody help.

I am a beginner and want to learn a lot of server side scripting and security features.

Please bear with me if this a a very stupid doubt.

thanking you,

Kadambari

Hi,

you first have to set up a HTTP server on your machine. Everything you need to know first should be answered in this article at the Learning Center.
