Given the unpredictability of nature, this would be very difficult to write per se. Obviously the times will be comparable when comparing the same night over a two year period. Day lengths should be about the same for May 28th this year as it was last year and will be next year. I may be speaking with too little experience, but I believe that such a script would contain so many variables to 'compute' the times of sunrise and sunset every day. There are many pre-written scripts within this site alone that will grab the times from a news source and post them wherever you want. You wouldn't be a source of the information since you would be getting it from a source. But that source is just posting forecasts created by humans. heh I know that this didn't really help, but maybe you can clarify what you need.
