dynamically add options

hi, im searching for a cgi that let users add an option to a multiple selectbox and saves the html (with the new options) to the server. im using AF2 building the form.
it should work like this:
- onClick add a text field
- user input <nuOption>
- add nuOption to box
- onClick save html
- sorting alphabetically would be great..
