call a javascrpt inside perl script?? Can't Post

Just wondering if there is a way to call a javascript without using the so-called "event-handlers", ie. I want to plainly call a javascript without the need to, say, click a button??

Thx.

The only interaction perl provides for JavaScript is to plainly print it in html where it likes it best.

Though JavaScript and Perl go hand & hand in internet programming, most of the programs I write are operated and manipulated with the use of javascript.

So in perl, you must print your javascript and until the program is finished running and all the output has been sent will the javascript be able to run through the browser.

print qq~
<script>
alert("Some Javascript Stuff");
</script>
~;
