interactive email list for NT Can't Post

I am looking for a program that will work as an interactive email list where you can email a main address and everyone signed up for that list will get that email and will be able to respond. Having digest would be helpful. It needs to be able to run on NT. Previously we used Majordomo but that from what I have read is for UNIX.
Because of my current server situation I can not use EXE files.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

If you want the actual program then that is one thing, but if it is simply the functionality you want try http://www.yahoogroups.com.

I was wanting an actual program that would do this. Like a cgi/perl script. Or is this beyond perl to be able to handle something like an interactive email list?
I wanted to maintain control and I hear yahoogroups.com lists are sold.
Thanks

Eeew, that's not good.

No, perl has the capability to do this and I wish luck to you finding a script that will.
