HEADER error, can't locate config file??ahhhh Can't Post

I am getting this error and I don't know why...
On the servers I usually use......everything works....I'm using a different server and I'm getting this error..permissions are set and everything is in the same place......cgi-bin.......

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

Can't locate orderconfig in @INC (@INC contains: E:/Perl/lib E:/Perl/site/lib .) at E:\Virtuals\someplace.com\www\htdocs\cgi-bin\orderform14.cgi line 25.

I'm using a "require" statement to bring in the orderconfig.cgi file.........Is this a NT issue,,,,,maybe the servers are NT?.......anyways,, whats up? I have the orderconfig.cgi file set to 755............help please

BrightNail,

Without knowing the whole story (i.e. configuration settings, server settings, perl version loaded which should be ActivePerl 5.6 from ActiveState.com., etc).

NT servers do not need chmod. That is unix. Nor do the require the shebang. When installing perl, please make sure to install the isapi for Perl which comes as part of the download. Also, perl will become associated on the server with .pl files. The server will automatically know that .pl files use perl to execute. You may have to configure the web server to implement perl and/or make the cgi-bin directory a protected executable directory for your web server instance.
