I am looking for someone not exactly to design an entire script for me but to get me started.

I need a website submission script. I have found a few open source perl scripts but all of them use totally different methods of doing the submission. Can someone show me how in EASY terms an easy yet efficient way to submit information collected from a form to 2 different search engines using both get AND post?

I also need to know how to make only required fields actually get submitted to specified engines.

Quick question. What if you actually post more information than the server requires and asks? Will it give you an error or will it just pass through and not process the extra data?

In response the the "Quick Question":

Unless the script that you are submitting the data too is coded to recognize "extra" data and crash upon that recognition, it very well should pass through. To test this truth: add

&foo=bar

to the url of this page. Hit go and the page stays the same. Typically, as long as the minimum necessary parameters are passed to the serverside script, you should be OK.
