help with perl please!!! Can't Post

hi i have activeperl win2000 under apache
please can someone tell me how i set cgi scripts to run from any directory...
I have this in my apache srm.conf
ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ "C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache/cgi-bin/"
AddHandler cgi-script .pl

so i can only run .cgi or .pl from cgi-bin , but i need to run from any directory

You can specify which directories allow CGI execution through the Options directive in your Apache config file. There are several ways to use it to control to options of a directory or an entire site.
Typical use of it to do what you want looks like this:
