Whoa! That's some time ago! Blush

Indeed, I have moved at the beginning of this year. That explains the DNS error.

You can find my forum at http://www.codingdomain.com/cgi-bin/x-forum.cgi now, and [url=http://www.codingdomain.com/cgi-perl/downloads/x-forum]download it here. Well, there is no real need to BETA test it anymore. Wink

Currently, the forum version 1.6 is very stable, and is even used at several websites now Cool You still can try it out off course, and let me know what you think Wink

wonderful x-modules folder...

strenuous effort made for POD...like a tutorial rather than a free script..

Since it is a free forum and may be it is used in free webhosting. I am afraid most of free webhosting do not support the capability of .htaccess. Any solusion on it or ever think of it?

Well, the .htacces is just extra. Most webservers don't allow you downloading files from a cgi-bin (only execute script). In that case, the datafiles are secure. If this is not the case (and the server uses the .htaccess), you still can't download all files. I think that's all I can offer for protecting the data files..Unsure

Damn! I'm using IE6 now, so I see the advanced editor here..but that removed half of my posts... Here is a short reply (couldn't get the text back from my history Pirate)

What did you like about that x-modules folder? The features of those moduls in it, or the fact I can include modules there?

About that tutorial.. You would like to have an tutorial to use those modules? (I didn't understand that "efford made to POD" line...sorry)
