Scripts Needed Can't Post

I'm in need of 2 scripts actually. They go hand in hand for what I need of them.

1st - I need an email form with an autoresponder. The autoresponder would take the responses that the user filled out, and send the appropriate html code to them.

2nd - I need a Perl script that will make 7 images rotate in a set schedule over the course of 28 days and end. I don't want it to continue to loop after the 28 days.

The 2 of these scripts need to work in conjunction with each other, so that there is the barest minimum of upkeep from me (namely I want to be able to add the images to the code, and that's about it - I know nothing about scripts), and that no matter what day of the month a person asks for the code, they are sent the 1st image in the code, and the code will run for 28 days after that.

To see ideas of what I'm trying to achieve, you can see samples of similar things at
http://www.thesitefights.com/flowers/christmas.html
and
http://www.webcompetition.net/presents.html

BTW, I have already tried contacting the owners of these sites, and asked them for help. They have refused to help in the least. So if someone can help me out here, I would really appreciate any help you can give me.

1) You can use FormMail from worldwidemart.com (Matts Script Archive).
2) You have to find one or pay somebody, these are very simple things

Instead of using WorldWideMart's formmail, please consider NMS formmail. It's a drop-in replacement for Matt's formmail, and is written better, more securely, and more... more.
