The name specified is not .... Can't Post

I get this message after trying to run a script:

The name specified is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. The Notify has been sent.

I think it's talking about the "SendMail" module?

Also, a small black window flashes just after I hit the submit button and before the above. If someone could give me a general idea of what the message above means I would greatly appreciate it. I know the script is valid. I copied it from an example CD.
