I'm looking for a Windows Explorer style directory script with the following features: - Explorer-style navigation, as well as menu-driven navigation (see attachments)
- Security is handled by intranet script, but each folder should have its own security file, or use the security file for the folder above it
- Upload to folders based on security lists
- Folder and file creation / deletion
- Choosable schemes (color, font, etc.)
- Space limitations
- Files of a certain age, set by user, get deleted
- Warning e-mail before file deletion
- Send e-mail on file update, creation, deletion
I'm definitely more interested in what it would take to write this script myself, i.e. what modules, tools, etc. If there's a free script out there that can do this, great. However, my company would most likely not pay for anything. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate hearing them. Thanks.
