Multiple flat-file dbs Can't Post

I have a couple of flat-file dbs that I need to use. They have different numbers of fields, as well as different data in the fields. My plan was to use two different scripts to pull the data from them, but the scripts would function essentially the same way, with many of the same features, so I'm looking for a way to use the same script for both dbs. I already have one of the scripts essentially finished for one of the dbs. I'm reading through most of the fields in a loop, based on an array of field names. However, at least two of the fields need to be displayed in a customized fashion, and the two fields are different for each db. Also, there would need to be an admin section for adding, editing and deleting entries for each db. I'm including the three files that are in use. One is the script itself, one is a collection of commonly used functions throughout my scripts, and one is the db. Feel free to yell at me about my "coding style", to use the term loosely. I'm painfully aware that my scripts aren't perfect. No reason, really, other than time pressures and laziness. I will take all suggestions to heart, and hopefully become a better programmer from them. Thanks.
