Importing websites Can't Post

hi

Does anyone know of a script which can transfer a whole website or folder from one site to another?

If you have ssh access you can do it with a couple of commands.

I am using a free host and they dont have ssh, and im not quite sure what im doing with wgnet. I've read the docs, but i dont quite understand what to do. Any help, my host has a unixe server. But they dont give me cammandline access.Any help?
