Personality Test Can't Post

Hi there, I'm looking for a multi-scale Personality-test type quiz script that can take a quiz like this:

1. What colour are you?
a) red
b) orange
c) yellow
d) green

2. What kind of skin do you have?
a) rind
b) peel

3. How big are you?
a) golf-ball-sized
b) baseball-sized
c) softball-sized

And then display the results: You are an APPLE / CHERRY / ORANGE / LEMON / GRAPEFRUIT etc.

A few things to note:
- more than one kind of fruit can have a peel. More than one can be baseball-sized.
- apples can be red, yellow, or green.

What would be nice is if each answer could add a different value to each of the possible personality/fruit types. So choosing "red" could add a value of "1" to apple, "2" to cherry, and zero for the rest. Choosing "rind" could add a score of 3 to orange, lemon and grapefruit, and zero for the rest.

All the stuff I've seen so far has been of the QUIZ type, where there really is only one scale - correctness. I've actually seen "personality" tests building quiz scripts like this, but it's kind of hard to build a personality test that can only tell you if the person got 78/100 correct.

It doesn't have to be a PERL script. A JSP or PHP script doing the same thing would also be good. Javascript is OK too but less good.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
