help in search Can't Post

Hi,
I need some help. I am doing a search in a form. I have some checkboxes and dropdown.
I have given checkboxes the same name for all
and values as 1,2,3 and so on. I have put them in an array.
for example
@array = $query->param(search);
if the array has (1,2,3)
I was writing code if the value is 1 and 2 and so on. (that is if the user checked only one) How do i know if the user checked two of them. How do i meet the condition if the user
checked 2 checkboxes.
Please help me
Thanks
