Ok, I had this setup working a month ago, then I went and screwed everything up. What changes do I need to make to the registry to use Perl with PWS the page that won't work is http://24.144.19.198/guestbook/addguest.html go ahead and test it. PWS allows scripts to run, Perl works from the command prompt, but the wheels just spin with nothing happening when accessed through the internet browser. I know this is asked alot, but I like to beat dead horses! I added this so far: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >System>CurrentControlSet>Services>w3svc>parameters>scriptmap>".pl,C:\perl\bin\perl.exe" Am I supposed to change a explorer file association in the registry as well? Or was this the only registry addition to be made? If it is the only one, why won't the script do anything. Like I said, it works perfectly from the command prompt, just not through the browser, and yes PWS is set to allow READ, EXECUTE, and SCRIPTS in the appropriate folder. Now what? Please don't suggest changing to another server program, this one is perfect for me. I am just a dork for UNINSTALLING>REINSTALLING it all in the first place. (Long Story) Larkdog www.MrLarkins.com
