Bulk Email Can't Post

Hi,
When going through a database and sending an email for each record, do you have to open sendmail/Net::SMTP/Mime::Lite or whatever once for every record. Or is their a way to send an email to every record without opening and closing sendmail again and again. Surely this isn't the most efficient method.
CC/BCC fields can't really be used because it's best if users can't see the email addresses of the other recipients.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
- Neil

But that is exactly what BCC fields are there for.

Re: [davorg] Bulk Email [In reply to] Can't Post

Hi,
So if I place all the email addresses in the BCC field, they won't be seen by the recipients?

Is this a more effiecient/practical method than sending one email per recipient?

Thanks,
Neil
