Fill in the blank quizz Can't Post

I am looking for a fill in the blank quizz or question script that does not give the person a score.

If the person answers correctly, it would pop up a screen where it gives a person a password to be able to access the next level/directory.

If the person answers incorrectly, it would pop up a screen saying something like sorry, you need to go back and do some more searching.

This is for an idea I'm creating so kids can go on a virtual treasure hunt while nagavitating a maze that could take them in circles, and also has different levels in it. They have to answer a question to be able to access the next level. In the process they will get to find educational sites as well as games and fun stuff. Geared more for homeschoolers and my daughters as they grow up, but every kid could explore.

I looked through many different sites I found through google including and this site. Note that I'm not real familiar with scripts, so I could not modify one.

If anyone could help me, I would really appericate it.
