INDIGO PERL SSI DIRECTIVES Can't Post

This is a mod_perl question, the use of #perl directives is simple, to allow the use of this directives is needed only a EVERYTHING=1 when you install all stuff.

My question is, anybody has worked with INDIGO PERL and knows why i can't get the directive recognised??

It seems not to be installed, anyone knows anything about that?

Examples:
<!--#perl sub="Blogum::UserInfo"-->
When i try to include a handler (UserInfo.pm)
<!--#perl sub="Apache::Include" arg="./perl/UserInfo.pl"-->
When i try to include a script (UserInfo.pl)

And this is the log:
unknown directive "perl" in parsed doc ....../main.html
