reading HTML data form other servers Can't Post

I want to build a serch engine which will use an existing search engine (like google) from which i will be able to recieve the results and print them in my own format.

Is there a way to do it in Perl???

Yes there's a way but you can't use Google without signing up otherwise your ip gets blocked almost instantly.

See my reply in the previous thread regarding how search engines work. Grabbing the data can be easily acomplished using the LWP module (or LWP::Parallel if you feel the need for additional speed).

Cheers,
Rob
