I assume you mean by something other than deleting your cookie file(s).
Well, all you need to do in order to delete a cookie record would be to 'save' the cookie with an expiration date that is either already expired or is the current time.
Unfortunatly, this won't necessarily delete the data. It only lets the browser know that it is ok to delete the data if it wishes to. Not all browsers will delete expired cookies. Perhaps they wait until the bin is full before tossing its cookies.
So, in essense, you can't delete a cookie (without actually accessing the computer directly), you can only tell a browser to delete it and let it worry about compliance.
If your concerned about clearing the data, when you re-write the cookie, write it without data.
