PHP for giving 1 to 10 ratings to multiple items on a page....

That right, I'm looking for a php not a perl script. Please don't beat me. I just wanted to cover all my bases. I've found tons and tons of poll writing scripts, but thats not really what I want. I want just a small simple layout that lets me show an image 1.gif through 10.gif next to items, and if you click, will show you a popup where you can rate that same item from 1 to 10. Something similar to that would be great. I'd even like it more if it used MySQL but hey I can't have it all. Email me if you've got a clue, thanks!
