Also,

I am using Net::POP3 to get emails.

I want to log these into my mysql database.

I've managed to grab the from and subject, but how do i get the message.

Sometimes the message follows straight after the DATE field, and on others, such as from outlook express you get loads of headers, like ContentType and X-Mailer etc.
How do i just get the message?

The end of the headers is always marked by the first blank line in the mail.

p.s. I've broken this question out into a separate thread. It's not a good idea to add completely unrelated questions to the end of a thread.

OK, i've got rid of the headers, now what about all the MIME rubbish?

You need either MIME-tools or MIME::Lite.

Isn't this all about Sending OUT MIME messages.

I need to get rid of all the stuff once i've got it.

Well, MIME::Lite is all about sending email, so it's probably going to be useful to you, but MIME-Tools includes many modules for parsing MIME messages.
