Summer Camp Alumni Scripts Can't Post

I'm working on the Alumni section of a YMCA Summer Camp/Outdoor Center website. Immediate goals for the Alumni area include:

1. Ability for users to register and enter personal data (name, email, position at camp, dates attended/worked at camp, cabin, activities, etc).

2. Ability for users to search this database and contact each other, either all or parsed according to personal data, via email.

3. Ability for the organization to manage, search the database, and contact users, either all or parsed according to personal data, via email newsletter.

4. Ability for the organization to synch the database into existing internal applications, such as FileMaker or Excel.

The scripts must integrate into the existing site and allow for adding features in the future, including at least a message board, links page, photo gallery, calendar, and news posting.

Here's the site:

Quick turnaround for the first 4 goals is vital. Reply here or via username link. Thanks in advance.

Don,
Please check out Profile Manager Premium:
http://www.interlogy.com/products/pmpre/index.html

It has all of the features you need:
1. You can customize the database fields using an easy to use web based database wizard.
2. Highly flexible search engine. There is also a search form builder on the admin panel. You can make your own custom search forms and result listing pages for your alumni.
3. Highly functional admin panel makes it easy to manage your members and send emails with tags like "Hello %%firstname%%" in them.
4. Database import and export tools. You can open your alumni profile database in Excel.

I am the developer of Profile Manager Premium. Please contact me if you have any further questions or post here.
