I have just endured the MST121 Open University maths exam. I have looked at your matrices and there is at least one mistake. (A typo no doubt!). I can write a Perl program to do what you want, but it will cost you a donation to some childrens charity. How much will you donate and to which charity? Show me some proof of your donation and I'll go ahead. I might even implement the determinant test and a cipher for you.
