User rating / self moderating system Can't Post

I hope it's ok to post this here, if not I apologize.

I've used this forum for a few years to get help while learning perl and was wondering if I could get some opinions... I wrote a blog script and recently added a user rating system that allows a community of users to self moderate the forum or blog they are allowed to post to. Instead of going into it here I'll just post a link to the blog post and description of the system.

I was wondering if people could check it out and tell me what they think. It's a public posting blog system so once you register you are free to post stories to the blog. If anyone want to register and post or just look it over I would appreciate any feedback. If you like it and want to continue to post, or discuss things about it that's cool too.

TIA

you will probably get some feedback if you set up an account with a name and password so people can look it over without registering.
