I need Help!! PLZ	Can't Post

Can anyone give me solution of this perl question...PLZ. Question

a) Good websites will always have a visible hit/visitor counter that saves as testament as to how popular the site is. Write a simple Perl script that implements a hit/visitor counter, visi-count.pl. This script must display the count in the form of a single-row, multi-column table with each cell containing a single digit of the count. Each cell must have a different-coloured digit, e.g. b)Give the correct Server-Side-Include (SSI) command for the inclusion of visi-count.pl on an HTML web page.

Adnan,

Did you read anything I posted in the Advanced forum? I said if you provide the code that you've already written, people are more likely to give you pointers. We're not going to write your code for you, especially for exam preperation!

That's bollocks. Web counters are an indication that the site owner is clueless.

But if you insist on doing this then see the entries on locking files in perlfaq5.
