Tries to open CGI Can't Post

When I upload the *.cgi to my server and run the html form on my page, it just tries to open the cgi file and tells me that it cannot find it rather than running the program...any ideas?

Idea number 1...

Are you sure the action of the form is pointing to the correct place?

You must either give a relative path from one to the other, or an absolute path. Remembering that the absolute path (which begins with a '/') is added to the domain name found in $ENV{SERVER_NAME}.

This may sound dumb. But where do I reference in path - in the html doc?
