Book question Can't Post

Sorry if this question is in the wrong forum.

I already have "Learning Perl" and "Programming Perl" from O'Reilly. I am now looking at buying "Advanced Perl Programming", and was just wondering if anyone out there can tell me is it any good, and hsould I buy it (I am considering it mostly because of the Networking chapters).

Thanks in advance!

Re: Book question [In reply to] Can't Post

dwarf,

You need to get this book! But it's strength is not in the networking chapters alone. It is great introduction to complex data structures in perl, as well as the OO side of perl. All of the guys I work with have a copy of it, as well as myself. It's helped me understand more about perl.

Thanks for the reply. Well, I guess that will be another Perl book on my shelf... Smile
