XML::DOM::Parser problem Can't Post

I have a problem parsing a xml. Te error shown is:
"not well-formed (invalid token) at line 69, column 41, byte 1719 at c:/Perl/site/lib/XML/Parser.pm line 187" where at line 69 column 41 of my xml I have a "" character.
Then, I assume that the parser does not work with any spanish accentuated letters (, , , , ).
Does anybody know a way to solve or bypass this?
Thanks,
Garrafa

I would guess that it's an encoding problem. What character set is your XML document using?
