Using PPM Repositories Can't Post

Hello, I just downloaded the PPM Repositories module from http://search.cpan.org/dist/PPM-Repositories-0.11/

How do I set up the repositories? I read the documentation but it didn't make any sense to me. I have PPM 4.01.

It appears to just be a list of known PPM repositories. What do you mean by "setup" a repository? What are you trying to do?

Add the repository to PPM, so when I search for Perl packages, the repository is included in the search. On PPM go to preferences -> repositories, the default is only one that provides a few packages but not the most up to date ones.
