change the word color using perl Can't Post

Hi,

i have one text file. i have to change the particular word color in red. i want to create a new file from the old file.

Example the file name is Demo.txt. the content of that text file.

" this is new file. this file is having some sample texts".

i want to change the word "file" in red color. the new_demo.txt should have it in red color.

like this, " this is new file. this file is having some sample texts".

could any body give sample script for this one?

thanks in advance!!!

Regards,

k

What is the output device the text displays in? A konsole/monitor, or a web browser, or something else? As far as I know, .txt files have no way of including color or other stylistic affects to text.
