programing help Can't Post

Hi experts,

I have table contains two columns funct and id. i need to update these two columns with new values using perl script. In funct column i need to update counterparty_id => "new valie " and id = < new value > can any bdy help me please

table values

sub {
my ($InputLine) = @_ ;
if ($InputLine=~/^\d/){
my @fields = split /\t/,$InputLine ;
my $refAvail = {
"counterparty_id" => "12345" ,
"src_asset" => "JP"."-".$fields[0],
"quantity" => $fields[1],
} ;
return $refAvail ;
}
}

Your question needs to be clarified, there is no way to help you based on the descirption or the code you posted. By table do you mean in a database? And whats wrong with the code you posted, does it fail or run or what?

i need to update new values in that ( perl funct stored in table, which are calling in perl scripts.)
